With the latest release of Gravity Forms comes the ability to add “Save and Continue Later” to any form. This provides functionality that allows users to save their progress on any form and come back to it later, picking up exactly where they left off without any loss of data.
Since The WP Butler’s registration system is built on Gravity Forms, I’ve incorporated this functionality into the signup process. As such, you can now save your progress during the signup process and come back to it at a time more convenient to you.
You can also use this same functionality in other ways. For example, you could put together a suggested plan for a friend, save the form’s progress and send them the link for them to sign up with your recommended configuration. Or you could build a plan for what your company needs and send the link to your boss so that he can review it first.
If you want to use this feature it couldn’t be simpler. At the bottom of each page of the form, adjacent to the “Next” button is a link that says “Save and Continue Later”.
Once you click on that link, you’ll see the following dialogue box, allowing you to either copy the link directly or send it to yourself (or someone else) by email. You’ll also see that the link is valid for 30 days.
So there you have it. Everything you need to make signup a little easier and more convenient for you.
