Payment for all services can be rendered by debit or credit card.
Card transactions are handled directly on our website through Stripe, one of the best known, most capable and most secure online payment processors. They accept cards from all major issuers, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club.
Yes. If at any time you feel like you haven’t received the service you signed up for, you will get your money back. We believe in working hard every month to earn your money, so if at any time you are dissatisfied, or we feel like we haven’t served you as well as we could, we will always make it right.
The WP Butler is a pay-as-you-go service. You are in full control of your subscription, and you can cancel at any time from the client area with the click of a button (no forced phone call or awkward sales pitch).
Backups are stored securely on Amazon S3 for 30 days, after which they are deleted. If you wish to have access to them, this can be arranged.
We do not accept payment by PayPal. All payments and subscriptions are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, which processes debit and credit cards from all major providers and does so very securely and seamlessly.
